Online seminar: Salary increase and benchmarking salaries 2025 at German companies in China

Special feature: From the raw data (total employee´s costs) from AHK China, we calculate (taking into account the different ceilings and percentages of social security contribution in each city in China) the gross salaries and bonuses for all positions for each individual location in China of the seminar participants, and also give recommendations for the amount of the salary increase as well as “correct” benchmarking salaries depending on the performance of the employees as well as the size (employee numbers) of the subsidiaries in China.
