Our client is a worldwide leading German manufacturer of innovative electromechanical components for transportation and industry with about 500 Mio. EUR sales per year and more than 3.000 employees worldwide. For their headquarters in Munich, Germany, we are looking for a Controller, who is responsible for supervising the factory and subsidiary in China.

• Provide data and information for the operation of the company
• Ensure and deliver transparent reports due to time
• Commercial support e.g. preparation of management reports and review meetings, supervising the target achievements, analysis of variance, initialize and plan the process improvement, preparation of mid-term schedule, clarify accounting issues, risk management for German and Chinese parties
• Correspondence in Chinese and translations
• Operative tasks in Controlling
• Special projects for the management
• Supervising the compliance with occupational safety, quality requirements, data privacy- and environmental protection according to valid work-, process- and company instructions
• Open for other reasonable tasks given and explained by the superior or management

• Academic degree in business, industrial engineering or industrial management
• Skills in SAP ERP, database software and MS Office
• Fluent in Chinese at mother tongue level, fluent in English
• Communication skills and team player
• Loyalty to the German employer

• Willingness to travel
