Our client is one of the world’s leading machine tool manufacturers with Headquarter in Germany. To further support their rapid growth plans and to expand the international business they are looking for an ambitious, highly motivated Export Manager International/South-East Asia. The position is located in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province.

• Implement and further develop the internationalization strategy
• Develop new export markets and new sales structure in South East Asia
• Concept and implement the working processes for service, spare parts and training
• Coordination of regional marketing activities e.g. trade fair
• Responsible for annual sales plan, forecast and budget plan
• Lead and develop the export team
• Willingness to complete a training program (several months) in the headquarter in Germany Report directly to CEO

• Bachelor/Master degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical engineering or Business Administration or MBA
• Many years working and management experience in international sales or service in B2B-Sector
• Excellent international market knowledge for South-East Asia Countries and good network with trading partners and distributors
• Chinese language at mother tongue level, fluent in English spoken and written, German would be an advantage
• High customer orientation with strategic thinking
• Team player, capable to lead people of different strong characters and to motivate them to achieve the common goal
• Professional appearance, negotiation skills, Solution-oriented Willingness to travel worldwide
• Cultural sensibility and international experience
• Team player
• Very good Chinese and English language skills. German language will be a plus.
