Responsibilities:
- Report to the HQ in Europe and keep close contact/relationship with the HQ

They are currently establishing a production plant in Jingjun Industrial Park (10 Min to Lanfang, 40 Min to Beijing and Tianjin) and looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead and manage the factory.
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Board of Directors and German HQ
- Responsible for the overall management of a small (up to 10 employees) chemical factory including production, delivery, purchasing, quality control, imports and exports, processing of orders, local sales
- Overall responsibility for production and delivery in time at specified quality
- Coordinating and controlling the production process
- Communicating with German HQ and implementation of new formula/new products
- Auditor of quality control
- Handling of complains
