Aufgabenbeschreibungen:

We are currently looking for an ambitious and experienced consultant or project manager to act as our regional representative in Chengdu.
Aufgabenbeschreibungen:
- Reception and accompanying our clients when they come to Chengdu
- Support our foreign (German) Clients in Chengdu
- Acquire new clients and projects
- Conduct projects (mostly market research or executive search projects) in Chendu
- Looking for distributors or agents for our German clients in Chengdu
Anforderungen:
- Native Chinese, fluent in spoken and written English
- At least 3 years experience in the consulting business
- Enjoys business development and sales
- Outgoing, good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and in team environment
- Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power-Point) and Internet
- Friendly, service-oriented, dynamic and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills

Due to our expanding business in India and to support our project team and clients in India/Pune, we are currently looking for an English speaking Office Assistant.
Aufgabenbeschreibungen:
- Lending general organizational support to our foreign (German) clients in and around Pune, e.g. make travel arrangements (booking air tickets, hotel, etc.)
- Preparing travel expenses overviews and reports
- General reception (welcoming customers, phone service etc.) and administration matters
- Support other team members in various projects (executive search, market research, management consulting etc. ) and coordination mattersc
- Reporting to the Project Managers in India and Germany
Anforderungen:
- University graduate, ideally with 1-2 yrs working experience as Secretary or Assistant
- Hindi as mother tongue, fluent in spoken and written English
- German language skills and/or experience with European cultures in general would be a plus, but not a requirement
- Good communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and in team environment
- Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power-Point) and Internet
